Cole is the leader of the high-flying Sky High Sentai. She pilots the SR-71 Blackbird that forms the torso of the mecha, Turbulancer. 

Cole is a hypercompetent pilot with a lot of combat knowledge and leadership qualities. She conducts herself with an air of confidence and poise. Her team is considered one of the best in Tower City, only second to the Roaring Rangers. 

Despite her presentation and reputation, Cole is actually a scheming con artist. Her and her crew use their position to extort money out of people mostly for the sick thrill of it. She prefers to target former villains, as she can just claim they relapsed. She orchestrates crimes, just to stop them and get the fame. 

Unfortunately she didn’t realize how litigious Tad was, and thanks to a well placed security camera and air tight contract, Tad managed to sue her. Destroyastein then exposed all of her past dealings. Due to this, the Sky High Sentai are more or less defunct.

Cole is selfish and cares little about anyone or anything other than herself. Whether or not she has the capacity to stop being a narcissist, well that remains to be seen.
